We found Nia in one of our colonies. It did not take the feeders long to figure out she was friendly. We made a plan to get her out of there. When she was scanned for a chip, we located her owner who had rehomed her 3 years prior. Since her life was still in flux, working a lot of hours and going to school, she surrendered her to us so that we could find her a loving home. Here is what her foster says about her. "She’s very loving and cuddly. She calls to me when she hears that I’m up and about. She is continuing to look calmly at the dog who she occasionally sees. Every day she sees one of two cats perched on a table outside her door. She lounges in her bed. Nia is finally exploring the top of the crate and rearranging things up there. She likes to talk a lot at meal time but otherwise is quiet. She enjoys all kinds of pets now with no over stimulation problems. She enjoys belly rubs and purrs like crazy." 

Nia is a sweet girl that is looking for her forever home where she can sleep in a bed, sit on your lap and get belly rubs. We think she would do fine as an only cat, but we strongly believe that if introductions are done correctly, most cats can co-exist if not enjoy each others company.
