Glenn is the sweetest gentleman. His favorite things are pets and food and he wouldn’t hurt a fly. If you’re ever upset he’ll come running over and do his best to comfort you including lots of head boops. He loves to vocalize his thoughts and will demand pets if he ever feels ignored. He’ll snuggle up next to you when you go to bed and you’ll find him sprawled out in the cutest positions when you wake up. Although he’s a little shy at first, show him some love and he’ll immediately open up. He’s got a big personality and is sure to make a great addition to anyone’s family! He makes a great little spoon when cuddling.

Glenn was found in a backyard in Willow Glen. The person who fed him thought he was the mother of the kittens that were in her back yard. Well no, he wasn't. In fact he is a big sweet boy who shouldn't have been out fending for himself. Glenn went to San Jose Animal Care Center where he was found to be a neutered male who is FeLV positive with a grade 3/6 heart murmur. When we found out Glenn was in jeopardy of being euthanized, we stepped in and rescued him. We took the chance that someone would see how sweet this 6 year old boy is and give him the opportunity to sleep inside again and be cared for. Because Glenn is FeLV positive, he will have to be the only cat in the home, but he's ok with that, he loves his foster mom. Glenn has no symptoms at all of being FeLV positive, when he had his teeth cleaned the vet said she was surprised because he is as healthy as can be. Please see the article at the end of this post for more information on FeLV positive cats. Glenn could live a long and healthy life, and we would like to give him that chance. Do you have room in your heart and home for Glenn?
