Meet Eli. He was in a litter of ringworm kittens that were in jeopardy of being euthanized unless a foster was found for them. They were failing in the shelter and needed one on one care. We were lucky enough to find a wonderful, experienced ringworm foster, so we got them out and started them on the road to recovery. Eli and his siblings are fully recovered and Eli is as sweet as he can be. When he is not playing with the other cats in the house, he will sit on your lap and soak up the love!! Eli loves to cuddle under the covers at night and will sleep right next to you. There is something special about black cats, and Eli is no exception. He is sweet and playful and everything you would want in new furry family members!

 A few weeks ago Eli and his bother Elijah were returned, their adopted family heartbroken. It seems that Elijah likes to eat strings, hair ties and the like. Their adopted family have three small children and could not keep things that were a danger to him our of his reach. These sweet boys went back to their foster home after 5 months of being in a adopted home, where they were loved, to keep Elijah safe. We found that though these boys were adopted as a bonded pair, they  aren't quite as bonded as they used to be. So, Eli can be adopted either with his sibling Elijah or into a home that has a companion animal for Eli to bond with. Do you have room in your heart and home for Eli?
