Billy was the smallest but once he learned to eat wet food he definitely bypassed everyone in the weight department. He is the escape artist, loves to bolt out of open doors and greet whoever is on the other side. His favorite game is wrestling with his big sister. This sweet boy and his 3 siblings were born to a feral mother. Mama cat and her babies were  taken  in by Sue and Paulette. They had quite a struggle, even with the mother there to care for them. But they are strong ad healthy now!! Do you have a place in your heart and home for him? 

Billy will be altered on September 28. He can be pre-adopted now and will go to his forever home when he is altered and vaccinated.
